It sounds weird but tastes good

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts - 8
  • Wholegrain Wrap - 2
  • Avocado - 0.5
  • Spinich - 1 Handfull
  • Hummus (red pepper/normal) - 2 Tbsp

Steps

  1. Boil brussels until cooked.
  2. Put half of spinich on each tortilla. Add a few spoons of hummus.
  3. Cut Brussels in half and place in wrap
  4. Add chopped avocado. Enjoy
