- Brussel Sprouts :8
- Wholegrain Wrap :2
- Avocado :0.5
- Spinich :1 Handfull
- Hummus (red pepper/normal) :2 Tbsp
Steps
- Boil brussels until cooked.
- Put half of spinich on each tortilla. Add a few spoons of hummus.
- Cut Brussels in half and place in wrap
- Add chopped avocado. Enjoy
