Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts - 8
- Wholegrain Wrap - 2
- Avocado - 0.5
- Spinich - 1 Handfull
- Hummus (red pepper/normal) - 2 Tbsp
Steps
- Boil brussels until cooked.
- Put half of spinich on each tortilla. Add a few spoons of hummus.
- Cut Brussels in half and place in wrap
- Add chopped avocado. Enjoy
