A delicious stir-fry dish
Ingredients
- Minced Lamb - 225 g
- French Beans (halved) - 42.5 g
- Baby Corn Cobs (halved) - 42.5 g
- Red Pepper (chopped) - 42.5 g
- Groundnut Oil - 0.5 tbsp
- Garlic - 1.5 tbsp
- Fresh Root Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Puree - 1 tbsp
- Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce - 0.75 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 0.5 tbsp
- Sweet Chilli Sauce - 0.5 tbsp
- Sugar - 0.25 tsp
- Chinese Rice Wine or Dry Sherry - 0.5 tbsp
Steps
- Heat large wok then add oil and lamb
- Stir fry for 2 minutes and add garlic and ginger
- Cook for another minute, then stir in tomato puree, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, chilli sauce, sugar, rice wine, beans, corn and red peppers.
- Cook for another 4 minutes and serve!
