A delicious stir-fry dish
Ingredients
Servings:
- Minced Lamb :225 g
- French Beans (halved) :42.5 g
- Baby Corn Cobs (halved) :42.5 g
- Red Pepper (chopped) :42.5 g
- Groundnut Oil :0.5 tbsp
- Garlic :1.5 tbsp
- Fresh Root Ginger :1 tbsp
- Tomato Puree :1 tbsp
- Peanut Butter :1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce :0.75 tbsp
- Lemon Juice :0.5 tbsp
- Sweet Chilli Sauce :0.5 tbsp
- Sugar :0.25 tsp
- Chinese Rice Wine or Dry Sherry :0.5 tbsp
Steps
- Heat large wok then add oil and lamb
- Stir fry for 2 minutes and add garlic and ginger
- Cook for another minute, then stir in tomato puree, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, chilli sauce, sugar, rice wine, beans, corn and red peppers.
- Cook for another 4 minutes and serve!
