A delicious stir-fry dish

Ingredients

  • Minced Lamb - 225 g
  • French Beans (halved) - 42.5 g
  • Baby Corn Cobs (halved) - 42.5 g
  • Red Pepper (chopped) - 42.5 g
  • Groundnut Oil - 0.5 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1.5 tbsp
  • Fresh Root Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree - 1 tbsp
  • Peanut Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce - 0.75 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 0.5 tbsp
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce - 0.5 tbsp
  • Sugar - 0.25 tsp
  • Chinese Rice Wine or Dry Sherry - 0.5 tbsp

Steps

  1. Heat large wok then add oil and lamb
  2. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add garlic and ginger
  3. Cook for another minute, then stir in tomato puree, peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, chilli sauce, sugar, rice wine, beans, corn and red peppers.
  4. Cook for another 4 minutes and serve!
