- smoked paprika - 0.25 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 0.125 tsp
- garlic powder - 0.25 tsp

Steps
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry thoroughly using a kitchen towel or paper towels. Removing as much moisture as possible will help them become crispy.
- Season the Chickpeas: In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even roasting, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Let the chickpeas cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
