A tasty and healthy wrap filled with creamy hummus, fresh spinach, and crumbled feta cheese, all wrapped in a whole-grain tortilla.

Ingredients

  • hummus - 2 tbsp
  • whole-grain tortilla - 1
  • fresh spinach - 0.5
  • crumbled feta cheese - 0.25

Steps

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on a whole-grain tortilla.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of fresh spinach and 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Roll up and slice in half.
