Ingredients
- firm tofu, cubed - 100 g
- cauliflower florets - 0.5 cup
- diced tomatoes - 0.25 cup
- chopped bell pepper - 0.25 cup
- light coconut milk - 0.125 cup
- curry powder - 0.5 tbsp
- olive oil - 0.25 tbsp
