  • firm tofu, cubed :100 g
  • cauliflower florets :0.5 cup
  • diced tomatoes :0.25 cup
  • chopped bell pepper :0.25 cup
  • light coconut milk :0.13 cup
  • curry powder :0.5 tbsp
  • olive oil :0.25 tbsp

Steps
