- Baking Powder :0.17 tsp
- Liquid Smoke :0.33 tsp
- Vegan Chicken Bouillon :0.67 Tbsp
- Neutral Oil :1 Tbsp
- Water :2 Tbsp
- Salt :0.33 Tbsp
- Brown Sugar :1 tsp
- Dried Thyme :0.67 tsp

Steps
- Combine everything but the vital wheat gluten in a food processor and blend into a paste.
- Add the vital wheat gluten and blend until a soft, sturdy dough forms. Knead until you can stretch it out with visible gluten strands.
- Shape the dough into a loaf, coat with oil, and rub poultry seasoning on it.
- Wrap tightly in Heavy Duty foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
- Allow it to cool, then refrigerate overnight for better texture.
- The next day, unwrap and brush with glaze, then bake a few times to crisp the outside.
