Ingredients

  • mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, zucchini) - 2
  • canned coconut milk - 1
  • curry powder - 4 tbsp
  • turmeric - 2 tsp
  • riced cauliflower - 1
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp

Steps
